Policy Statement

Our goal is to provide the most friendly, comfortable, safe, quiet, and enjoyable environment for all our

guests. We will do our best to make your stay a relaxed and positive experience. We are a family oriented Bed and Breakfast and not a hotel or motel. We will treat you with respect, courtesy, and professionalism, and we expect your respect, courtesy, and friendly communication about any issues that you might have.

In order to be compliant and consistent with county, state, and federal laws, our policies shall apply to every guest making a reservation, no exceptions. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, origin, age or gender. To avoid future problems or misunderstandings it is very important that you read the following policy statement and follow the house rules:

- Our suites and room rates are based on double occupancy (two people) and includes a sit down breakfast. The rate does not include the applicable taxes (state and county).
- We have a two-night minimum for most holidays and special events. Please ask when you make your reservation.
- Check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm., early or later arrivals require an e-mail request to and confirmation from the B&B two days prior to your arrival. Check-out is 10:30 am (est).  
- To make your reservation we require a fifty (50%) percent deposit, the balance is due on your arrival for all reservations.

- By making your deposit, you confirm that you have read our Policy Statement and that you voluntarily and irrevocably are in agreement with our policies/rules, and authorize all of the applicable charges.

 - Our rates and fees are subject to change without prior notice. This is not applicable to confirmed reservations.
- All cancellations must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival day, or we cannot refund your deposit, no exceptions. To process your refund you will be charged an administrative processing fee of $20.
- The full amount will be charged if you fail to check-in without a seven (7) days prior cancellation notice.
- We cannot provide refunds for early departures.  
- Chapel Hill B&B is a smoke-free environment as required by our policy, regulation\law. If you violate the no smoking policy, you will be charged for the clean-up cost.
- No pets allowed, sorry, but due to health, sanitation and protection of B&B property, we do not allow any pets. You can board your pet at the Cole Park Vet. (3/4 of a mile away from the B&B).

-  Guests are not allowed any fire arms or any type of weapon inside the B&B or on the B&B property.  

-We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, please secure your valuables off the B&B property.

-  Guests are not allowed possession or use of  illegal drugs of any type inside the B&B or on B&B property.

- Guests are not allowed underage drinking of any type inside the B&B or on B&B property.
-We reserve the right to refuse service and to request your immediate departure at the discretion of the owner or representative, if your actions or attitudes are hostile, abusive, discriminatory, disturbing the peace, or offensive to any one at the B&B. You will not be entitled to any refund.

- Any damages or missing property will be charged to your room bill.
- Parents of children under sixteen (16) are fully responsible for their proper behavior/safety in regard to other guests, house rules and property. If you can not control your children we will be forced to request your immediate departure without any refund.

- If you encounter something at the room that is not working properly, you agree to inform us ASAP in order to fix the problem. We encourage your respectful feedback to improve our services, thank you.
